★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good infrastructure, currently located in remote area. All basic amenities like water supply, electricity, sewege available. As I told this is remote location so roads are not in good condition. In villas Kitchens are made with two storeys slabs. There are two combined bathrooms. Area is peacful and Green with lots of trees and grass. There are many parks for children to be played in.
Only con is that there is no public place nearby like market of any type, restaurants etc. I hope this helps.

Metro station just outside your society has been planned. Near to Delhi, near to ghaziabad , near to faridabad , near to highways , expressways ,near to film city , near to all big schools and universities, near to proposed Jewar Airport , near to sports stadiums and near to your best return investment. Greenery is all here. Peace is all here. Cleanliness is all here. What else do you need? Completely planned housing in a completed planned modern and smart city where you have waste water treatment plants , water treatment plants . Underground electrical wiring . Instant problem resolution whether it is related to water amd electricity. What is not present at this place is you only.
