★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good to buy MGP maruti suzuki parts. All Staff here are very rude. Lady who sits at reception works as if giving you products / parts for free and one can feel govt office like MTNL, Jal board culture here. Seems they have lot of customer and grown to biggest company in the world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The lady at the front desk questions more rather than providing solution to the customers. Most of the spare parts are unavailable and can be arranged on order in 2 to 3 days time.

Pros: None.
Cons:
The attendant at the counter will be too busy checking messages on her phone and will be least interested in listening to your query.
Either you MUST have the precise (old/damaged) item already with you, if wish to buy the replacement for the same, or you MUST have a detailed photo of the item with you.
If you don't have the above, you MUST have the precise product number.
If you don't possess any of the above, then you'll be shown a 2D diagram from the MS catalogue and will be asked if that's the item you're looking for.
Honestly, if any sane person would have the above details there's literally no need of anyone at the service desk. No idea why MS is even employing such people.
