★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my car serviced here as I had purchased some scheme promoted by this servicing centre. The servicing was average and the process was smooth. However, I understand there is centralized database of Maruti cars which captures the servicing details. But till date the details are not captured in the DB. I keep getting calls from other service centres about service due etc. Something's fishy....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently got my servicing done of my Alto-800 car from Auto Point for the 1st time. I really appreciate Mr. Sanjeev Kr. Gupta ji and his team for the job as they are well competent for the service work. Each and every replacement done on my car were properly explained and shown to me. The service work undertaken by them is very genuine both in terms of quality and rates. Washing and cleaning work were also good. In short, I am happy with their service and work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly un-professional and doesn't pick up phone calls once the car is in the garage. Be assured that commitments will be broken and forget about getting the vehicle in the committed time. I felt lack of expertise in staff as they had to call mechanics outside to get ideas to repair the vehicle. Overall highly disappointed with their expertise and service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are saying that it's authorised maruti service center but its a lie. If you ask for job card, they will say that I will send via whatsapp etc, which will not come offcourse. But service quality is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst station to get your car serviced..they will speak to you so politely at first but once you pay them they will ignore you as if doesn’t exist.
My car ac compressor have to be changed by them in warranty but they are ignoring my calls and messages.
What to say, when my car was delivered after service, i have to send back my car just for rewash... can you imagine level of ignorance... a car completely unclean after service getting delivered.
Even after their service orvm adjustments button was not working. Ridiculous!! Shame on Maruti for appointing such an idiotic Unprofessional partner
