★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i booked the car for my weekend trip from mumbai & at the last moment I got a call from reservation executive that sorry we are not able to provide you the car as all the cars are booked & the car which we were going to provide you is extended by the current customer.I asked them to provide the other alternative they said that we dont have any cars all the cars are booked when i checked on their website to reconfirm cars were available.Herewith I am also sharing the screen shot for the same. so my advise is book avis self drive there are lots of other options rather than booking with them.The alternative they provided me is that we will give you the full refund amount I said it is not the option i have plans for my weekend trip.You must give me the copensation for such negligence the executive told me that sorry i can not help you regarding this because its not in my hand.
