This is what they replied “Once a product is sold you can’t exchange or return it”
I felt cheated
It’s a fraud place please don’t buy anything from this shop
Also when I told the shopkeeper that I’m going to file complaint about this he tried to threaten me and said that I will screw you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Honda City car for repairing the rear view camera installed in the rear view mirror. Instead of doing the job properly, they pulled out the mirror by force & cracked my car front wind shield glass. Instead of replacing the glass they asked me to make an insurance claim which I refused. Thereafter they started arguing with me & refused to change the glass. Hence I request everyone to be cautious in approaching this outlet for getting any job done in premium cars. They don’t have quality people with experience in handling premium cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously overpriced. I got my wiper blades changed from here and they charged me ₹2200 for an aftermarket brand. I was in a rush and had to travel the same day, so I didn’t put so much thought into it.
Afterwards, I checked every retailer as well as online for the price and it’s always about 500₹-700₹ for a pair of wiper blades.
The shop owner acts as if he knows everything under the sun. I would never go near this store again. Realized I got cheated big time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am definitely disappointed. In my case, I bought a car reverse sensor which could not be fixed from day 1 to now more than 2 years old. They could not identify the problem. So Either the product is not genuine or quality of service. They tried 8 to 10 times to fix it and owner would try to help - by changing a wire, or sensor etc etc. My suggestion is to go for very good quality product in sensors - where vendor at least helps. Here Auto Spot did not bring in Auto Corp as well. 2 star because they tried to support - but I have no option but to buy a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for your car stereo needs. Service charge is on the expensive side. Doesn't have all the items to spruce up your auto like air filters or headlights. But still better than the others in Indiranagar area.
