★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent experience. However invoice amount has been overcharged and since 30 days we are following up but no ledger or refund is being done. Executive refuses to pick up the call or revert.
A brand like KIA overcharging for accessories and insurance is disgusting and refusing to pickup calls shows their arrogance and poor customer service.

On the day of delivery as well all the staff at the showroom were very friendly. Gave us a good welcome and also celebrated along with us on our new purchase
