★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place first time on 2nd Jan'21 for sevicing hence would like to review.
I have serviced my Nexon Diesel XZ+ (3rd service) to Autodrome Richard garage on 2nd January 2021.
I visited again on 7th January to resolve the issues which occurred after servicing.
I faced few issues like fuel range issue, infotenment screen issue & scratches to alloy wheels during the service work.
Fuel Range Issue - Before & after servicing fuel range difference was 187 km which was too high, The manager Mr Ashish Ji understand the issue & given assurance that this will not repeat again.
Infotenment screen Off issue - after service returning from the garage, about 4 to 5 km distance, my car screen was completely off. This was resolved by Mr. Nikhar very well & also guided for future perspectives. The issue was temporary as per system & Resolved completely.
Scratches on alloy wheels - There was noticible scratches observed on alloy wheels. Basically the garage is not equipped with wheel balancing facility due to which garage depends on outside service for wheel balancing. This result in poor handling of alloy wheels.
Other than these the service was excellent (5 Star), I definitely prefer the Autodrome Richard garage for next sevice & will also highly recommend for sevicing over other garages to all TATA car lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard garage played a very important role in helping me decide not to buy Tata cars anymore. Initial free service days was a pleasant experience but when it came to breakdown and other problems - the service center completely falters. I had a problem with my airflow sensor being blocked - which despite 2 trips the service center didnt diagnose or bother to correct. Were pretty happy to charge me 6k everytime which included a pointless scan done twice. I got it fixed at a local garage. The next time i decided that it would be better to do a periodic maintenance with these guys especially since it was time to use my insurance to claim for my side view mirror smashed by someone while i was parked on the road. Their landlines didnt work and on contacting a cell phone number, they assured that they will call back to confirm if they can do the servicing and the insurance job, after 2 followups from my side. They never came back with an answer or the courtesy to even request my insurance details or schedule a maintenance. Since then I started using gomechanic for basic servicing. Too bad Tata motors cannot deploy a decent set of service centers across a city like Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 9.30 am appointment for my Hexa's regular paid service, no major work. Inspite of living in Borivali I reached the service centre at 0900. The staff only came in post 10am and it was only then that I was attended to. The service experience was ok, Mr Ashish over there, though very busy, was helpful. I left the service centre after waiting there for well over 3 hours and also asked them not to wash and vaccum the vehicle as that was going to take a long time as well.
After paying and leaving the service centre and driving for about a kilometre, I noticed that my vehicle was very sluggish. I stopped to the side of the road and checked under the bonnet. To my shock , the air intake pipe was not put back into place and was just lying about in the engine bay!! I gingerly drove back to Richard Garage and showed them this. They apologised and "fixed" the pipe. After driving back home when I was parking, I noticed a very unusual humming sound from the bonnet which I've never heard before in my 3.5 years of Hexa ownership. Called Mr. Ashish of Richard garage who proceded to tell me that it's probably because of the new air filter, and should be normal after driving for 1-2 days, if not he'll send his technician to my house to check it out. Not convinced with his reply I again checked under the hood, and upon close inspection realised the technician had not put the bottom part of the air intake hose in place!! This may be a one off incident, but to someone like me who has gone there for the first time with high expectations, it looked like the people working there are a bunch of amateurs. Very disappointed. Go at your own risk and if you do check and triple check everything.
