His response was not at all convincing. On the other hand he gave one number of sales team and asked to contact him. The sales guy was not even bothered to write a complaint. Overalll very bad quality and after sales service.
Please think twice while buying these products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware. The company is prone to not holding its delivery commitments and will use every tactic in the book to not refund your advance money. I ordered seat covers for my newly purchased vehicle from AutoForm dealership in Industrial Area, Chandigarh. The order was placed on Nov 15, 2017 and I was committed a delivery date of Nov 22, 2017. I specifically mentioned to the responsible person that as I am a NRI, I am departing India on Friday, Nov 24, 2017 and will not return for the next six months. However, I was assured the order would be delivered on time and installed promptly. I drove 2 hours to get the seat covers installed only to be informed that the order has not been received. Their incompetence has left me in a precarious situation, where I am unable to install seat covers in a timely fashion as all dealers need sometime to order a product. My advice is if you order AutoForm products, do so at your risk as you may never receive the order on time.
