β β β β β I am there client from last 1 year . Firstly spent around 6 thousand for protein treatment and then continue spa in March I had smoothing treatment in which again I spent around 7 thousand they burnt my hair .As they promised me they will me some protein treatment after I grow my hair , I started taking hair spa after every 15 days itβs so inhuman of them there is no positive response from there side .I think after spending so much I deserve a positive answer......

β β β β β It was a horrible experience. Doesn't deserve a single star. Asked for trimming of waist long hair and then they messed up and made it half the length.They then argued vs apologise. Very dissapointingοΌ

β β β β β I booked a service for hair smoothening in this salon and had worst experience ever .they are so unprofessional as they started the process of smoothening and I got to know that they ran out product and didn't check before starting the process though I booked this appointment 1day before .
Also when I asked them why am I sitting since 1.5 hours doing nothing and why they are not moving ahead with application .
They asked me to wait for 10min and started complaining about ignorance of other staff that they didn't check before.
However I waited for 1.5 hours and there staff didn't turn up .
I had to leave the salon without getting it done but still they charged me full amount .
When I complained to the manager ,he said he can't help and if I want to get it done ,I have to wait more as they don't have product.
They were least bothered and ignored my words that how can I pay full if they have stopped in middle of the process .
Really frustrating

β β β β β I got smoothning done this salon and trust me it was BAD! A really bad decision made by me. One patch of hair got burned from the roots, half of them are wavy and too frizzy.
I agree that salon as good interior designing but I donβt think thatβs the luxury you want in a salon. I doubt their professionals!

β β β β β Very patient hair dresser. Worked hard and gave so much time on the smoothening process (my 5th time in last decade so I know he worked hard).
Also went back to him for fixing my ruined hair colour (courtesy to bleach used by previous hair dresser).
Prices are quite the same for hair services but otherwise a little expensive, just like other salons in Galleria.
Saloonβs aura is pretty good too.
