★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very greate experince! I visited there and got to know that it was closed on Monday because of some reasons without any intimation or anything! We then went from there to Dwarka Sec 10 RTO office.
When you go you will find entery gate then exit gate and then a red light you have to move left to find the office.
Advice : Kindly check your date of test in case it hasn't get rescheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience visiting this place recently for my driving license test. I had an appointment for 10:30am. I reached 15 mins. ahead of time and kept waiting for my demo till 2:30pm. They informed that once all 2 wheelers tests are over, only then 4 wheelers demo will be conducted. A rough estimate was given for around 4:30pm. Finally, I had to leave without appearing for the test. My 900 Rs. (500 + 400) have gone down the drain. Looks like at least half of their staff was on leave OR they were busy dealing with people coming through agents so that they can make some profit. What is the meaning of giving online appointments when you have to do everything manually and you keep everybody waiting for the entire day? This is an classic example of how govt. managed places are mismanaged and a place to harass poor public who pay taxes for their salaries. Shame on Govt. Authorities managing this place. Shame on Delhi Govt. Transport dept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unprofessional place. Sad to see even after a complete digital process and automated driving track, there is still corruption. There are people literally outside the entrance who will guarantee you passing the test for ₹3500. Seemingly, those who pay the bribe, they get first in the line no matter what your appointment time is.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM and test has not taken place uptil now (3:45PM). Terrible staff behaviour who act as if they are being forced to work for free.
According to the inspector here, RFID transmitters and receivers are also faulty (apparently sensor of another track picks up signal from RFID tag of the other track) so they are unable to conduct tests for both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers separately even though the tracks for each is different. This leads to even more delays in your appointment since they do tests in batch for two wheelers first.
I've added pictures where my car was in the second row, in the other picture you can see how most other cars that came after us are done with their tests and still our car is left in the same spot.
