★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in my life with heromotocorp .I have trusted to the hero company coz from my younger age i have drive Hero spender then herohonda passion pro now i have buy Heromoto of Passion pro on 5thMarch 2022 problem i am facing that the vehicle is getting automatically getting off when it is in 1st or 2nd gear or when i put clutch press .The person of automiles executive is saying to me that you don't no how to drive the vehicle Great person who is saying this type of words.I trust on heromoto corp .but in my future i will not buy any hero company product not even hero electric .my Suggestions to all of you whenever you take any vehicle you watch the review on youtube

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have buy my xpluse 200 from this showroom and i have done my first servicing (was ok) from same service center but on second service of my bike it's was very disappointed chain clean and lub was not properly not even wash very poor performance by maintenance staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience I ever had on any store visit. Automiles really rocks in the customer handling and promt service. I recently bought Maestro Edge 125 and the Delivery was really unexpected. Everybody was so kind and nice. Especially the owner Mr Anuj Mehta and other staff Vinay Tarun Vijay Azhar Mihir Suman are really helpful and very friendly. Thumbs up to Team Automiles.? Keep up the good work guys.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never imagined the process of buying a new bike would be so quick and smooth. Booked the splendor + on 26th Jan while the showroom was about to close; Got the bike delivered on 29th, with proper registration number. Mr. Tarun has been very cordial throughout the process. The showroom consists min one version of all the models available. Kudos Team Automiles?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience of my life.Had a minor issue with my new bike (Xpulse 4v).As i stay in thane and i was in the goregaon area for the meeting. My bike was showing auto-shutoff issue in lower gears.
I spoke with Mr SUDHIR who was the service centre incharge and asked them to do the clutch setting to which he asked to either leave the bike or go to the (Ranjeet motors) service centre in thane. The issue was severe and i was facing it since morning on every signal and traffic.
I even tried to explain that if i could go to thane then i would have but it could damage the engine or any crucial part to which they again either submit the bike or come in the morning.
All i am asking is to have a basic human decency before denying the service a i haven’t bought the bike from their showroom.
This is the new low i have confronted by any company service person. After all this is a hero service centre and i am a user of their product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my xpulse 4v from here after booking and waiting for 2 months. Dealer sold me extra accessories compulsorily such as handlebar grip covers, seat cover and a helmet. I did not want to buy seat covers and grip but they denied to sell the bike without these. Putting on grip can make your riding on this bike dangerous as the initial grunt is very good and the grip covers put a layer between throttle and your hand which is deadly.
Secondly, at the time of taking delivery my right signal lights did not work. They opened switch box and put some spray and changed the signal lights from test ride vehicle. They were casual about this thing.

Since the first time I walked in, the booking process, delivery and after delivery services were all on point if you compare any other showroom including Yamaha, TVS and Suzuki. Trust me, I visited them all. Tarun, the hero from Hero, is a manager we all want all salesmen to be like. Got me my Xpulse and gave me recommendations based on my riding style. Made my purchase an experience. Unfortunately, we don't buy bikes regularly, or I would've visited here every time.
