Kind. Attn.: All authorities. Dear sir, Not happy……..We are very upset. In this way, you will only loose the prestigious customers. We have purchased ASHOK LEYLAND Make BOSS 1212 LE BS III Power Steering 20' Long High Side Deck Body Heavy Duty Truck from you in September 2017, Now Total running of this vehicles is 87134 Kms & Till date total maintenance cost spent on this vehicle is 2,26,982/- i.e. 2.61 Rs/Km and it is too high, it should not be more than 1.50 Rs/Km. You have told that at the time of taking order, Warranty is 5 years (3 company + 2 extended = 5 Years), same we have mentioned in our Purchase order also (refer attached PO) but your persons said only 3 years shown in our system. No any warranty/guarantee related document we have received in last two years from your side. At the time of order finalization you said average/mileage of our vehicle is 7.10 Kms/Liter for 8 MT load but as per our actual history card report we got only 4.5 Kms/Liter, also we are not overloading vehicle for material movement. Recently in last week (Friday) we had sent our vehicle to your workshop for steering Pump & Box related issue, Necessary repairing work done from your side and you have sent return vehicle to our premises with charging of Rs- 6600/- but still this issue is not solved, again today we have sent our vehicle to your workshop for resolving issue, now your superior engineers said need to replace STEERING BOX ASSY and its cost is around 24,325/-. Now question arise this is your superior engineers?, this is your vehicle performance?, this is your low maintenance vehicle which you are assuring every times?, which warranty you have assured if you are charging extra for every times. So our final remark is performance of your vehicle is not good which we have expected and you told at the time of finalization, also maintenance cost is too high, also vehicle required maintenance expect period servicing, Mileage of this vehicle is also poor. In that way how can we continue with you in future for next vehicle purchase? Please explain 5 Years warranty means what? And which parts of vehicle is covered in that, it will appreciated if you send the same on your letter head. You are just sending other person’s name, again he sending 3rd person number, again same. It is very unfortunate this that we have purchased ASHOK LEYLAND’s vehicle. No one is there to take the responsibility and solve the issues. Still no any updates about warranty and other issues. So our final remark is performance of your vehicle is not good which we have expected and you told at the time of finalization, also maintenance cost is too high, also vehicle required more maintenance expect period servicing, Mileage of this vehicle is also very poor, service and coordination team is not good. They are just irritating their prestigious customers. I am very disappointed with this company. Staffs behaviours very badly. Very Bad services.

Service provided by them is worse and not at all reliable. Moreover their behaviour towards customer is disrespectful .
