★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time used the non Audi workshop to service my Q5 premium plus.not only did they shatter my windshield while sticking my new dashcam the car has a)warning that airbag is not working properly b)service due-when I had given it FOR SERVICING c) making noice at 100kmph d) VIBRATING BADLY at any speed above 110-120kmph -it was so bad that I didnt take it much above 120 on the Ahmedabad expressway.all this when I had given for service saying that I want the car for a long drive and had to leave in the immediate future...imagine traveling with a shattered windshield with the crack increasing by few cm every h...the worst possible drive with the worst possible service.(Q5 does 160 with avg throttle and 200 is easily dooable which I have touched few times .And its a single person driven car)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear friends this is again I trust on them they give poor performance after completing payment they not deliver my car at my place as I already told them that it is very urgent still after I reach home i see my car is not there and after call no one responded properly this is 3rd time I get bad experience now I will not service my car again.....poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unprofessional workshop. Pls don’t ever go there. More than 18 months my car is with them. Paid more than 2.5 lacs rupees to them. Still can’t get my car problem solved. Dont pick phone. Managers lie. Since 11am till 6pm they are on lunch. Must avoid them. Done 2 renewal of my Audi A6 insurance. Still standing there.

Automotive Surat is one of the best place to get your car washed/serviced as per my opinion. They are managing it properly & with the best service possible. Very well organised, Zero complaints!
They service the car well and the lounge is an amazing place to relax hassle-free without worrying about waiting time as they offer tea/coffee, magazines and a big screen TV with comfortable seating.
The staff is very cooperative and provide the best service possible.
Would surely recommend you guys to visit here.
