β β β β β These guys are total fraud have given them advance booking amount and they haven't returned back for a long time i keep calling the no answer or call back is given when i booked the vehicle they use to call me multipel times in a day. Irresponsible and high uneducated people working in this showroom better go with other tata dealers.

β β β β β The salesman who was assisting me kept telling me what he wanted to sell but never once explained the car I went there to buy.
Plus using the methods like the cars will be sold any second so decide now instead of going back to home to discuss. I don't understand how they don't get that I can't just buy a car costing 8 lac without consulting my family.

β β β β β Be very careful while buying car from Autoplex. They sell personal information to other corporates and the moment you become a customer of Autoplex you will start receiving calls from other companies for their promotion. I've had several calls from other companies inviting me for a dinner and each time I ask them where they got my number from it's always Tata (which in my case is Autoplex AV). So basically they don't understand the concept of PERSONAL information. For them your information is public information and they will sell it to any bidder who is willing to buy it.

β β β β β Ekdum bekar..Tata nexon is giving issues from first month itself.. Mileage is 11 in petrol.. alignment issues.. it seems that they have sold defective piece to me..
I have got 3 free services of my tata nexon petrol done at this service center. Everytime for any issue, instead of resolution, they used to vauge answers. Can you believe my nexon petrol is giving milage of 10 only, sometimes even below 10. Since first service I have been raising this issue to service staff without avail of any results. Every time its just verbal service of vehicle. When I contacted Autoplex AV dealership l, they gave very amusing solution of visiting another service center and get your vehicle checked there. Now I am totally exhausted and want to sell this vehicle. Never I will recommed for buying Tata vehicle, especially from Autoplex AV.

They sell you details with cardekho and other companies, which makes you as a victim of frauds. They claim to be a tata car sellers but actually they share customer information who does not buy cars from there to publically for few rupees. They have very bad staff, they changes your good parts and replace with old one. So you can visit as early and they can earn

β β β β β I had a very bad experience with this showroom.
I urgently needed the car for my sister's wedding so I told the sales person, so he told me that i'll deliver the car much before the wedding date, so i booked my Nexon XZA+ Diesel, took the booking amount and the sales person gave me a delivery date which was a week before the wedding.
My father continously reminded the sales person about the urgency of our car delivery and the person also said he'll deliver the car way before the delivery date. So 1 month before the delivery we had sanctioned our loan and completed our formalities with the bank. But as soon as the delivery date tends to come near the sales person started avoiding our calls but still told that he'll delivery the car on time. And just 2 days before the delivery he said that we cannot deliver our car. So my father asked them how much more time they needed, then they said it would still take 1 month to deliver the car. We were left with a sorry that we cannot deliver your car you can cancel your booking. So we had to cancel our booking...just because of the false commitments of the sales person we had to cancel our booking..the sales person had false commitments just because he made commission out of our booking and didn't want to loose the commission amount. I am here not disclosing the name of the sales person, but I would suggest not to rely on Autoplex Showroom.
