★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car fully serviced, ready on the same time that was promised despite some additional work than originally planned. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Toilets are clean and customer lounge is good. Wifi,A/c and TV were working as expected. Overall, a good experience and I will definitely recommend it for servicing of your Maruti car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars ONLY for Mr. Rahul Bamane. On 08Oct21, I had gone to get the third free service done on our S-presso. The service advisers and accessories incharge were not at all helpful. Just when I was about to leave without getting anything done, Mr. Bamane arrived at about 10.00 am and personally assisted me in resolving all my issues & requirements by the evening. On the other hand, I was surprised to see broken cupboards in the reception with books & files littered around. Also sad to see most of the staff including technicians wearing casual clothes & slippers/sandals instead of uniforms, which is most unprofessional. Also saw a cut water bottle being used as a funnel. The customer lounge sofas & glass cupboard need repairs. I will certainly go back to this service station for my next service ONLY because of Mr. Bamane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More experience staff require, as they complete there work, there is some mistake done by service man every time when I give my car for service here. Pickup Driver need training how to talk with customer, work shop Manager Mr. Rahul was good, with there effort my car Battery replacement done in 4days only.

My car was serviced on 12th Jan, 22. That time it was mentioned that the engine oil was changed as that is the basic of any car servicing and I do have the bill for the same as well which indicates that they have changed the oil. However when on 7th Feb, 22 my car met with an accident and my engine oil tank got damaged then I had to take out all the engine oil to fix the oil tank, that time I noticed that the engine oil is simply black in colour and there is no way that it was changed 23days back. Now when on 8th Feb, 22 I sent my car to the same service center for body repairing, that time I asked the service manager about the engine oil, and also asked them to justify the false oil change billing. Now at this moment as they understood that this fraud was done from their side and I do have photos of the same so they apologized and said they will replace the engine oil for free this time which they did.
So the bottom line is, never trust this fraudsters and their fraud servicing. I can assure you, 50% of the things which are included in your bill are never replaced or applied for you car. This is how these service centers are looting customers.
