I was guided virtually over a call to set up the system and also helped in trouble shooting a TV compatibility issue. Overall great experience with them. Highly recommended for high end musical and sound instruments in Mumbai.
Very consultative and they recommended me the right instrument, after a thorough discussion. Truly helpful and no regrets on my purchase.
