As a fresher you can have great start to your career with lots of learning and exploring opportunities. The best part is that everyone are supportive in nature, you can get a good guidance and support from the seniors and colleagues. Trainings will help in learning and working on the projects with team members.
The projects here in Avaali are also pretty good to work as the Avaali name is shining in the marketplace who provides best digital enterprise solutions.

All the rounds went very well, and i got selected too. its been 4 months since i started my professional journey with Avaali . All the seniors, leads, managers, mentors here are so friendly and reachable. Hoping to have more memories , learn well, and to contribute my best in coming months and years.

Its a small organization (employee strength wise) so the visibility of an employee within the organization is very good and ones work is always recognized. Employees are very approachable. Everyone in the team was very kind and supportive throughout the process. I am offered good package, opportunity to learn more and is getting good training. The HR team is very good during the whole process of hiring and throughout my journey with the company so far. Being a company with less number of employees compared to other players in the field, it is an advantage that the employees will get ample opportunity to grow their career and get noticed very fast(your hard work will definitely be fruitful). Been working here form more than 7 years and this company is really moving forward, with some really exciting and transformative projects. The opportunities are vast with lots of exciting things going on all the time. Very healthy work environment with a very friendly and understanding management. Even though projects a plenty and you will be completely occupied you can still find a good work-life balance. I started my carrier as an intern, thanks to the opportunities and the amount of confidence my senior management showcased on me I was able to successfully learn new things, face challenging opportunities and simultaneously gain a better growth in my carrier path to becoming Manager.
