★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Builder, never buy any project of his. I bought a flat in Avani Aspire and it has been more than 4 years that its due. Only false promises is what its owner(Mr Daga) does. Dont trust these cheats and also dont trust their broker Modern Properties. They make false promises to allure you! Rest assured that the builder will not deliver your project and the entire marketing and management team will only make false promises.
