★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would strongly suggest avoiding this studio for overall interior work. Regardless of whether it is due to their inexperience or incompetence, we are extremely dissatisfied with the final product. Despite working with them from the beginning of the flat's construction, we have faced plenty of troubles on the most basic of things. While they are able to create and display 3D designs based on input taken from us, they have repeatedly proved incapable of getting the designs built properly in real life. While everything may seem alright in pictures, the usability is very poor.
There are plenty of measurement mistakes despite multiple on-site visits: wardrobe doors that open onto bedside tables making them unusable, high-end kitchen trolleys with the wrong height so a standard dinner plate doesn't even fit, needlessly increasing the height of kitchen platforms in certain areas and then covering up the 'L' shaped gap with wooden laminate. And even when making such shoddy cover ups to their own blunders, they make mistakes such as not plugging in devices and connecting water inlets which forced us to get it removed and re-attached. It was supposed to be a flush-mounted dishwasher, but they messed up measurements and also failed to account for the base below it that is required to prevent water seepage.
They will not take responsibility for mistakes, and just keep repeating "sab ho jayega" without satisfactory results. The main problem is that they do not supervise the tasks, leaving it entirely to their contracted workers. Why would those workers bother to question the plans they have received? This has led to issues not only with furnishing, but also smart lighting which is unable to receive signals from the remote due to its placement.
We feel cheated because though we were ready to spend more for quality products, they failed to deliver value on multiple occasions. Simply purchasing expensive material does not translate to better interiors or furnishings. We did not expect that we would have to rectify a lot of the problems ourselves because their vendors didn't show up and resolve issues properly. If they were not prepared to handle the entire process, they should have taken up only the designing part and charged fees accordingly instead of biting off more than they could chew.
