★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was admitted for hernia surgery.. was treated by Dr Nayan Chandrashekhar. Doctor explained the procedure very well…very calm doctor…front office staff and nurses all were very supportive. Special thanks to Insurance department Vivek and Imran who updated me on the status of approval on a regular basis.. on the discharge day insurance clearance was very fast… overall I had a good experience with Aveksha hospital ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avekha Hospital has been the go to hospital for my entire family for last 6+ years. Plus remains my top recommend hospital for folks in and around Vidyaranyapura. Their response and assistance during COVID peak times have been excellent too. But my following review is based on my recent experience at the Hospital during the birth of my daughter:
The good experience:
A) Reception and Insurance coordination staff were brilliant. They were very responsive, friendly and respectful.
B) Doctors are brilliant. Dr. Varalakshmi (Gynecologist) and Dr. Somashekar (Paediatrician) are the best I've ever met. Very attentive and meticulous. I strongly recommend them.
The not so good experience:
A) The Private Room: A/C was not working and I was absolutely okay with it. As i wouldn't have used it anyway with the new born. But I had requested them to place a fan in the room by the time we were shifted there. And it wasn't arranged. I had to ask twice to finally get one. But only to have people randomly coming and asking if i need it.
B) The linens on patient bed as well as attendees bed were stained and looked dirty. One of the cover sheets was torn. Had to be asked to get it changed.
C) The biggest concern of all this is nurse response time. It was a hit ot miss. But miss extensively.
I've shared the above feedback in the exit form too. I am expecting the management takes the above in consideration for better experience overall.

I will suggest this hospital who is looking for good treatment I am very happy with the treatment of orthopedic thank you all for all staffs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from out of state and was experiencing some hearing problem. I went to the ER and got a bed quickly than expected. Excellent bedside manner and the staffs, especially nurses, are so professional at the same time caring too. Felt safe and cared at this hospital by the compassionate doctors and staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital, went there for Ultrasound and experience was pretty smooth. Staff was polite and caring. Rates are also not very high. Only thing which I didn't liked is the cleanliness of Toilet, which should have been a lot better. Otherwise everything is good.
