★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below is my experience in Avidipta 1 - Unscrupulous builder - poor construction and fit and finish. 52% open space advertised in brochure has been sold off as open parking. Medical clinics and restaurants were advertised but not provided. Children's play area is filled with construction grade course sand and stray dogs use it to relieve themselves. Commercial Complex with shopping arcade was advertised in brochure but not provided. Very hostile builder refusing to provide these advertised facilities. So please be careful before buying any future property from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new high rise flats in the city made by bengal peerless group. The luxury flats are also in construction for high income groups. The view is really very good. Gated security, water lifts etc are available. The location is just beside em bypass. The amri, r n tagore and medica hospital are within stone throwing distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great just beside the Em bypass. Many tall buildings are located inside the building complex. Good lot of open space and other basic amenities. Located just beside of the important hospitals near by and metro. Metro is being still under construction. As it is just besides Em bypass, accessibility to the salt lake and north kolkata is very good and to other end toward kamalgachi and baruipur.

Big community hall with lot of activities present. i.e. Table Tennis, Carrom, Gym, pool etc. Metro Cash and Carry , Mukundapur Bazar and Renowned Hospitals are within walking distance.
