★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst support. They will not refund your money and the reason they till was "over speeding". 100kmph is not a over speeding. When u ask this they will disconnect your call and blame you simply. Dont book and loose u r money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and discourteous local agency in Hyderabad! The car never arrived and when called to find out I was told they were just sending the car which will arrive an hour after when I had originally booked for. Please do not expect Avis international standards with avis India ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked INNOVA with confirmation 03514193CA4 at Ahmedabad, These crooks in India never had a car. I had to make last moment arrangements, Recently saw they removed all fb reviews, as everyone was facing same. This company is managed by Sunil Gupta under the name of Avis is actually Mercury car rental in Delhi, some cheap thugs. Even in past they just provided used/ broken cars to customers while charging for luxury cars. Avis India is scam, Wrote to AVis USA HEAD OFFICE, called many times, but no body believes in resolving, their call center is in mexico. It is high time they close their business in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in over 30 years of using Avis all over the world. No one showed up to pick me up. No one at the national call center knew why not and couldn't get through to the local office. When I finally found an Avis member of staff he was picking up local staff and refused to help. Gave up after 90 mins of being given wrong numbers and excuses by call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Self Drive Service - Based on suspicion created by reviews, i went on to explore the service. Employees are clueless about policies. Some says no company speed limit, only govt speed limit - some say company has speed limit and charges fine - now what's speed limit they dont know. Twitter non responsive. Even manager of customer service are clueless. Not recommended. Tried and tested - Zoomcar, Justride and Volar - no issues with any of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, worst experience their customer service & customer service Managers won't respond to your complaint and they won't properly refund your security deposit money. Vehicles not in good conditions, flat tyres, in case of any roadside assistance they don't respond. May 13th vehicle booked for 3 days, paid security deposit advance with 3 days rent but still follow up continued for security deposit refund. I've sent 10+ emails with multiple calls but all in vain. Next option is consumer court. Please be careful with this guys, you may face car breakdown somewhere middle of the jungle or remote area due to faulty vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience with AVIS Bangalore, my driver Mr Ashok Kumar was extremely professional and courteous and went out of his way to help during the commute. The car quality, customer support and overall experience has been excellent. Strongly recommend chauffeur driven option of AVIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves, charging double for self driven cars than chauffeur driven cars with fuel. They outsource broken, old cars which are usually 10 yrs old. I booked luxury car and they gave me junkyard car with mal functioning engine/suspension and ABS. Dirty, ugly - as usual which is part of Indian tradition. Such agencies are shame for country. Avoid Mercury car rentals/ also they use AVIS website to sell. Typical thugs of India. This company must stop cheating and close down its business of duping customers.
