β β β β β Worst service ever, staff shows pride of what they own, staff doesn't take interest in briefing, they lack in having spare parts, they just give you bill in name of changing oil and you become fooled also they wont wash your vehicle properly or change any brake fluids even they remove that brake oil fluid. Anyways we have upcoming new royal enfield showroom in ujjain and hope they won't disappoint us.

β β β β β 1.Executive here doesn't take interest in customers hence very poor in customer handling.
2.Cleanliness is also poor in showroom.moreover sanitizer bottle empty in covid times.
3.Executive make feel customers that bike is too costly for one to buy it.
Most of the times they don't offer test drive.
In totality all staff need proper induction and training from company.

1. I have purchased meteor 350 fireball customized black model from here 3 months ago, the problem i have faced that the receptionist doesn't know professional way to handel things + when my bike got issue in starting up after 1 month of purchase they didn't respond well, showing no interest, they have promised that they will replaced the damaged part at my home but still it is not replaced and they are saying that when you will come for 2nd service then they will replace.
2. I have to call so many time for getting my RTO number, i have to wait for 2 months to get that and still its been 3 month I haven't got original number plate.

β β β β β I own Mahindra mojo, there is no service center of Mahindra 2 wheelers in Ujjain.
Had to get chain clean and lube done before a long ride. Went to a few brands service center, no one agreed to do it.
Thanks to these guys at Royal Enfield, they agreed to do chain clean and lube.

β β β β β AVIS AUTO UJJAIN is One of the best place for buying and servicing your royal Enfield. I am a resident of indore and went ujjain for some personal work and my bullet 500 had some minor breakdown. I enquired about the service centre from Google and within 15-20 minutes I got a call from the showroom regarding servicing of my vehicle. The spokesperson was so polite and he sent a guy to pick up my vehicle and assured me that I will get my vehicle ready by evening. The service staff was so polite and helpful. Also they serviced and made my bike top notch just like the new one. I was soo happy after riding it again. Thankyou very much AVIS AUTO for such a kind and friendly gesture. I would definitely recommend everyone to buy and service their vehicle from AVIS AUTO and I am sure you will love the experience.

β β β β β Very bad experience. They are arrogant and unprofessional. Dont know how they were alloted RE dealership. Wasted my time visiting them in Aug 2021. The other RE dealership in Ujjain is far better than Avis Auto.
