2921.4252 is INCORRECT. AVIS contact number mentioned on google 2921.4252 is INCORRECT. This goes to someone's residence. Causes a lot of confusion and bad experience.

Made a reservation online. Called the day before to confirm. I was told there would be a person at the terminal to meet me and take me through the process since they don't have a counter at the terminal. When I didn't find anyone, I called the office and was told that no cars are available. What is the point of a RESERVATION? A terrible inconvenience.

Absoluetley horrible experience. I booked a car online, arrived in the airport to discover they have no office there. I gave them a call and the guy said they would be there in 5 min to pick me up. He did not tell me when and where we can meet. I called them back in 80 min as nobody showed up. They asked if I have an international drivers license and said that car is on the was. 20 min after they said the same and I just left the airport. Can you imagine waiting 2+hrs in the airport. Terrible

The service worked as expected. Both on pick-up and return. Service personnel were kind and courteous. The car itself was smooth. It was my first experience with the Toyota Corolla and I was expecting more from the car. I noticed it is very popular though.

I am really amused with the service that AVIS offers to their customers. I had a booking for 1 am today and didn't receive any call from your team regarding the delivery. After waiting for almost 1 hour in the call queue, I was told that we have extended the booking of the car that was booked to our previous customer and won't be able to deliver the car to your place. This is the first time I am going through such horrible experience which got my plan ruined and I was left with no other alternatives. Also I was told that the refund would be initiated after 9 am when the accounts dept opens. Please initiate my refund at the earliest so that I can look out for some other option. You have really proved those who have had bad experience and given negative reviews to you guys.
