★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, rude & arrogant behavior. I bought a cycle for my 3 year old son. They gave me large size which i came to know is for 5-7 years, now my son foot is not reaching up to paddle. I called them the same day to replace it with smaller size but they refused to do the same. Now the cycle is kept idle and it's of no use to us. Very poor service and behavior of staffs is more terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a Hero city rider from this store on 5th Dec 2020, and the cycle started having handle, brake and wheel issues from the 1st week of purchase. The owner was not at all cooperative and ready to accept that the issue was caused due to incorrect assembly of the cycle. The problem was then resolved from hero central customer care team.
