★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I have parchased Activa from their. I am not Rajpura resident so they asked me to arrange some documents like room rent and local residents as a gurenter for loan. After purchasing Activa, they start demending money for RC as I have no local proof. Nothing was tell about that during the whole process of purchasing. Secondly, I asked for a specific number, earlier they said will provide. But now, saying you need to pay extra amount for it. Although, it is not a VIP number. Now, they demend money for every thing. Very poor service in properstive of customer handling and satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service to much waiting time for service not deliver at time and poor management, once they receive money from you they change their language. We had sale our old activa they said we will purchase it in 10000 when we pay for new active then they said your old scooter cost will be 8000 only and we pay 2000 Rs more and they take money for accessory but they have not accessory in their store we wait 25 days for accessory.
Very bad service and management not recommended anyone for going their .

The man handling service center Mr Aman was rude and he refused to provide delivery of scooter after service.
When I made him aware of his duties he agreed to handover scooter after service.
Yet to see in how effectively he discharge his duties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people simply charging too much. I went here 1 month back for my activa service. They did nothing but charged me the ammount for those product also they did not add. I asked them to show the old or damaged product. They did not show me that also, moreover thay charged 40 rupees for sanitization. Guys go some where local workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good but I there is some training need to improve of staff members related to service cabin
There two sitting staff while visiting for servicing of vehicle in covid 19 ,there are two lady staff sitting without mask, I said them please wear mask for other safety, and there paper display on the there cabin that no one entered in the cabin without wearing mask. I said whether this paper need to tear or wear off from the glass or whether you should wear the mask.
And I am too much astonished from the one of the lady staff that we will tear off that paper from the glass. It means that I will not waer the mask. Shame on the behaviour.
