These residents can notify the office about their grievances as regards to daily plumbing, electrical, cleanliness and hygiene, security or any other issues and all assistance is provided through this office. The officers staff and the elected representatives are respectful, cordial and always ready to lend a helping hand. Parking here though is a major setback. Being centrally located in the vicinity of the army canteen, Lal Market and the ECHS polyclinic, cars are parked haphazardly and mindlessly due to paucity off space creating grave and dangerous hazards for the pedestrians and other commuters.
