I am purches the Solar panel form this company on 20 August 2020 and since 1 month I am suffering the issue regarding this my battery is not charge and Solar panel is working but controller is not working and I complain the January of mid and also 1 month is done but there is no response and my father going to company for complain this issue but company employees and Avinash Singh misbehave the my Father and after that I call the company and they told electrition check karne aayga Sunday 7 Feb 2021 ko and vo aay or ushne bola ki controller is not working controller change karna hoga ya phir repair Karna hoga. I call the company but there is no response and also Electriction man is Rahul.
To company wale ko Rahul he call Kia or controller k bare m bataya to company wale ne kaha ki controller ki koi warranty nhi hoti h to apne ap se repair kar do or jo charge hoga le lena... M ye puchna chahti hu ki Avs trainding company ne ye kaha the at the time of purchasing ki 2 year ki controller ki warranty hogi jb purches kar liya to bade m bola ki 1 year ki warranty hogi or Phir ushk bade 6 month ki warranty boli or ab jb warranty m hai to vo koi resolutions nhi de rahe h ignore kar rahe h...so this is a worst company ever...i suggest all of u don't purche enythings from this company..
