Owner has really awesome nature.
Perfect for readymade and stitched clothing.
Reasonable prices.
Has a great collection of readymade jeans, cotton trousers, shirt and t-shirt.
They started selling fabric also.
In fabric, they have wide range in Raymond and other brands as well.
Have trial well in advance to prevent last time hurry if there's an issues with the stitched fabric.
