★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWC India carried out the waterproofing work on our expansion junction in March 2011 with a 10 year warranty and we have had a leak proof decade so far . They have also suggested a 2 coat repair post warranty that will increase the warranty by another 5 years . Courteous staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with AWC India . My building is an old build and the terrace has had water proof treatment 7 years back and there has been no leakage since. I live on the seafront and my building gets hit hard by rain.
After a few years some damages to the terrace flooring was done by the inmates of the building due to mishandling and equipment scrapping of the flooring and in no time at a minimum charge the patch repair treatment was done restoring it to pristine condition once again. I would recommend one and all to do this treatment rather then putting tar or tar felt on their terrace as this coating even absorbs the cracks caused by the annual sinking of the building and also cracks which happen due to constant vibration of earth and earthquakes.

We had no leakage for past 8 years after the work done by AWC. Highly recommended for waterproofing work. The service is very prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading Mr. Atul Zatakia's review below, Mr. Firoz from AWC got in touch with the society members. He stopped by to understand the leakage issues and helped identified few potential causes. Few of these have already been addressed by the AWC team and few are expected to be addressed soon. Mr. Firoz has promised to get to the bottom of all pending leakage issues and work actively with the building committee to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of the residents. As committee member, I look forward to his continued prompt and responsive actions to resolve Mr. Zatakia's as well as issues raised by other residents. I am posting this interim review to appreciate AWC's prompt response and will revert back on this once all issues have been resolved. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been facing terrace leakage for the last 10 years and every year we have made some or other expenses but could not resolve the Issue. This time we tried AWC and found their material and workmanship is of high quality and even in difficult environment like lockdown they completed the work. Our terrace is full of equipment which couldn't be moved but they could able to arrest the terrace leakages with their high skilled work.
