We asked them to show the design before shipping as it was a gift. The design and the output was way different. We asked them to change the address and send it to us as the product looked so cheap and wasn't even worth gifting. The gift was delivered today but when we opened there was nothing inside the box. When we said we would complaint against them, they say it's our fault we didn't record the opening video. We paid them to get an empty box that too very well packed. They couldn't even accept their mistake that they have missed packing the product. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So there was a small get together at my place and i booked them to decorate the party was supposed to start at 5:30pm and the decorator reached at 6:45pm the person in-charge keeps on changing his name while on call and ignored like 100s of call that day. These people make all kinds of promises while taking a booking but this rajvir\gambhir person himself said that we con people in order to make money while in an argument when i called him to ask for my booking amount back. These people are arrogant and ignorant. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM or even recommend them to anyone. They will for sure spoil your event as they did with me and would not even take responsibility after that this guy is a pro in blaming the customer for his unprofessional behaviour and is very rude. Please save yourself from such people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even single star is not to be given for this seller. I ordered a set of tiffin and bottle for my kid. First of all the item which was to be delivered in a week's time was delivered after a month.
After the month also, when I received the shipment, tiffin and bottle were having both different colors, and tiffin was defective.
I messaged them, sent pictures, videos..etc. but they didn't gave any response on this. Now they are not picking up the phone also. It's been 3 months I have been following up but they are not responding at all.
Such a "PATHETIC" seller with No Professionalism at all.
I would request you to please do not buy anything from this. They are cheaters and cannot be relied on.
