Ever since I came into the business over 15+ years ago I have been struggling with getting work done by people. Our Moradabad manufacturing industry is based on lot of reminders and follow ups. Accountability /measurements of performance is always a challenge. People always forget and pass on blames to others. Things got delayed and we ended up always trying to remove bottlenecks and firefighting at the last minute.
I always wanted to use technology to automate things and these follow-ups because they are too tedious while taking a lot of co-ordination, effort and energy. It has always been my mission to use technology to minimize efforts and accurately create repeatable and smooth workflow. For about 8 years I had been building a somewhat semi automation tool in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to get my work done. But it never worked the way I wanted. Then during this COVID-2020 lockdown while attending a webinar on Friday 8th May 2020 I met the team of AXIND. I saw what I was looking for years and trying to build for so long. And WebTnA worked so well. I immediately signed up and got on. It was super easy and the service from the AXIND team was superb.
This system is making things more transparent and showing steps which need to be taken. Documenting everything for smoother process flow. Also showing accountability. It is making it much easier to track process flow issues and address the areas that need attention immediately for removing bottlenecks. I am just loving this tool.
