They've collected enough informations and informed me that I'll be receiving my credit card confirmation within a week. But it's been more than 2 weeks, the person who filled the application and collected information in person from me doesn't respond the call or text.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have shared the issue yesterday regarding credit card and received auto generated reply in google.I would like to mention Female staff named (revathi). I have texted multiple times and even called her. She didn't even respond for the call. Training for those people is more important. Inappropriate response from those kind of people makes public a negative review towards axis bank.
