★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good little bank. One concern that lady manager yells out on bank staff in front of customers from her cabin. I have no relationship to bank employees but this is not professional way that if you are a manager n bulling to junior employees in front of customers.. constructive criticism. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Greenfield Amritsar branch is the worst. The staff is so rude and they don't even know how to deal with the customer.
Just because of the promotion Mr. German singh open my two saving account in this branch, although I was not even interested.
After the opening of the accounts, the behavour of staff changed including the branch Manager(She is soo clever and rude, dont even understand the situation of the customer.
Now I want my both the saving accounts to get closed. On 13th of April I have signed the closing form and given to the bank. But its 20th of April and no action towards the request has been taken. On the official websites its mention that it takes 2 working days for the closing. But I dont know why the staff is not submitting my request.
The worst experience I ever had with the bank.
