I give a document file in this bank and my all document are lost from the bank and he can't give me any information for my lost document. Totaly service are very very bad. I do not want to rate the rating below the 3rd grade in this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service of axis bank is not good and the executive & its staff are taking too much time to complete process. The work which should be complete in10-15 days that work are not been completed in 45 days. This is my personal experience. After 45 days u will not get positive results. The are not satisfying its customers.
