I was denied assistance with the operations executive MS PINKI POONIA on my face. And even after getting a workaround from her operations manager my issue was kept on hold and not processed even after reporting at the bank at 12:45 pm.
This is simply UN-ACCEPTABLE !
You cannot expect a customer to waste their whole day in the bank branch for a simple resolution!!
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AXIS BANK TO ANY FRIEND OR FAMILY BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE !!
A free suggestion : Keep more experienced executives in the front desk who are willing to help!!
