★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If given option ,i would give 0 star.It's worst ever .The branch officials are straight rude and not even a single person is co-operative.I had opened my account along with my whole family and we all closed it in 2 months due ti the behaviour of branch officials.No one is bothered to help,totally lethargic and unhelping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever careless staff.. I've dropped a cheque yesterday morning and it's still have not been processed.. a cheque is supposed to be processed within 24 hour and it's passed 24 hour already but no sign of processing. All my work is stuck because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bank.. horrible service.. the employees of the bank are self proclaimed. Celebrities, busy in their own egoistic parallel universe.
The branches have a huge communication gap among themselves... They will bother you with million messages for loan , credit cards etc but will not inform you about the changes in their banking or withdrawal policies..
Axis Bank was supposed to be hassle free since it's private but surprisingly it's worse than SBI and other nationalized banks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Axis bank has given me the worst experience possible. They happen to be a trusted brand and so I had opened a
account there but due to some reason my account had gotten freezed. It's been a year I have been making the rounds of this branch and there is absolutely no response. Every time I ask they say it would take more time and it's been a year since. Sorry to say, but didn't expect this from Axis bank.
