I went for opening account on 24th April, 2019. The executive said that my account will be opened by tomorrow. He took Rs.5000 from me as initial deposit. The amount opening process was so long that my account was opened on 30th April. But still Rs.5000 was not deposited in my account. When I asked him for that money, he told me that account was opened after banking hours so money is not deposited. When I contacted him on 2nd May for money, he said that my application was rejected because photo on my aadhar card was too old, but I got the SMS that my account is opened. When I asked him to return my money, he only returned me Rs.4000 and said he'll deposit Rs.1000 in my bank account when aadhar card is updated. Worst service.... Now it'll take 30+ days to update my aadhar card and he's not returning my money.....! Don't open account in this bank!

One start would be too high for the service this branch is offering. It has been 11 days I have been reaching out to them to get the information however no reply. Along, with that I have visited the branch twice to get the information. I was given a update on 10th May that I would b given an update for the queries I raised. I visited the branch after 5 day, no updates where ready and additional time was requested. I followed it up and the update I got on the 10th day was to know my account no. when I had already shared all my details to bank. Also, I had issue with the investment made through bank unfortunately they could not even set up a call with the fund providers. The biggest lie where they tried to fool me was 1. They can't see my account details in their Axis system as I have priority account as I have a relationship manager. 2. They cannot reply to my email using their official email account as Axis Bank does not allow them to do that. Now both are lies as I have checked by account in different cities by visiting other branches and I have got various email from their other employees using their account. I have a priority account still I have received this bad service. Not sure what happens to normal account holders. I have involved service relationship manager too in the email thread and directed him emails to help no response. You could check the attachment. I have multiple axis employees involved in it. However, no one cares to reply. There is no way to expedite the request as there is no escalation point of contact. Very poor service with lies assuming the other person may not know how bank work. Check out the attachment. You could ignore the unreceived email notification as one of the recipient is not working with axis anymore. The top most hit is if you call the point of contact they will not pick the calls as they know you are not looking for investment. If you mention you will invest then the mobile no is shared by them to get the investment under their name to meet their targets. Moment you mention that first the existing issue needs to be resolve they would stop picking your call and after multiple calls they would ask you to text message which will not be replied. So extremely bad experience. The branch need to live up to the promises they make to Priority account holders. I have so much to say but this will go on too long. The attached email thread was started after visiting the bank twice as there was no updates. Probably after a week.
