★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience at AXIS bank Sahibganj branch .3 months account still not opened and the behaviour of branch manager and staffs are rude. following up with the concerned person for last three months.every time new reason given, and where asked for refund and closure of process, new demand pops up first return the KIT then only initiation of refund will be taken in to account . Failed to understand the logic behind the same, as why can't both refund and collection of KIT can't happen simultaneously since no account was opened for last three months.
