★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is helpful and listens to your problems. I had to close a salary account and they helped me.
First they tried to persuade not to close the account and advised to close the credit card first. In fact, account could be closed first.
Do not visit after 3.30 pm, 2nd and 4th Saturday and public holidays, they are closed.
I had to visit 6 times to close my account due to their pursuance attempt, after hours, public holiday and absence of account closing staff member.
