A central tenet in the Bank’s Policy on Corporate Governance is commitment to ethics, integrity, accountability and transparency. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in these aspects on an on-going basis and to provide safeguards to various stakeholders (including shareholders, depositors and employees) the Bank has formulated a ‘Whistleblower Policy’. The Policy provides stakeholders with the opportunity to address serious concerns arising from irregularities, malpractices and other misdemeanours, if any, committed by the Bank’s personnel by approaching a Committee of senior officials of the Bank, set-up for the purpose (known as the Whistleblower Committee). Concerns relating to senior management can be reported directly to the Audit Committee of the Board. The Policy is intended to encourage stakeholders to report suspected or actual occurrence of illegal, unethical or inappropriate actions, behaviour or practices by staff without fear of retribution. To ensure smooth flow and management of complaints under Whistleblower policy, a web-based application – www.cwiportal.com has also been set up which provides an option for anonymous reporting thereby enabling the stakeholders to lodge their complaints online over a secure platform without fear of revelation of identity. The Policy contains provisions protecting Whistleblowers from any unfair action prejudicial to their interest. The Audit Committee of the Board reviews, on a quarterly basis, a synopsis of the complaints received and the resolution thereof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by janakpuri branch. I waited for two hours after that they said they are going for lunch. Why they can't do lunch one by one. I came second time just because of this. Even they are attending people without number. When i came here my number was 34 and the attending number was 29. They took 2 hours to attend 5 people only with some people without number. These people are very slow.

Dear Sir,
I/ We are from MGV Exports Pvt. Ltd. taken the Auto Loan from Axis Bank, Delhi. Our Loan account no. is AUR053305042362.
The issue that I have experienced was that our EMI is 34702 is 10th of every month. It is deducted from our State Bank of India. But In October 2021, due to RBI Guideline our current account which is State Bank of India is closed.
We are goes to Axis Bank for changing our State Bank of India to ICICI Bank for NACH mandate form. Meanwhile we have paid the EMI of November 2021 on 10-11-2021 (EMI Due date) from Axis Bank online portal. We have also paid 400+590 Bank charges.
Axis Bank is confirm that Our NACH FORM is accepted and changed to ICICI Bank. for safe hand we also submitted the EMI Cheque no 000666 ICICI Bank (December 2021).
But on due date 10-12-2021 Axis Bank is not deducted our EMI. We goes to Axis Bank Janakpuri, Delhi Branch for knowing the reason, they are just said show your ICICI Bank statement, After seeing our Bank statement they accepted their mistake and drop the our EMI Cheque which is debited on 13-12-2021.
We are fail to understand that why Axis Bank showing their negligence and not given proper services.
Their Staff Sunita Khattar and Ms Priya is rude and misbehaving our Employee Anand Rohilla on 13-12-2021 and said "Go and Complaint anywhere"
In this case Axis Bank goodwill among the people will be effected.
Incidence occurred on: 13/12/2021
