★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incapable staff. They dont care for Customers. Only interested in count of accounts open. From last 10 days i am facing prblm to open FD online and i raise my problem with them as my account with sinhagd road branch. Bank manager also hopeless and dont bother the prblms of customer. when i personally visit for my problem, she said you can see rush in the bank and hence we are not able to solve your prblm.(from last 10 days). She is only showing to customer she is busy and customer have time to solve there prblm with calling at customer care it self. Hopeless branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred my account to Pune Jaydev nagar branch for better service but I think I was wrong, I called on branch phone numbers given by customer care but no one is lifting phones, I called on numbers available on website but same experience, I dropped mail but no reply from bank.
