★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to close my saving account because of really bad service provided by two persons Mrugank and Jayesh Prajapati.They opened my saving account and they were my advisors. I wanted to add my husband's name as joint holder so I went to this branch and filled necessary form. They told me it will take 3-4 days. After 1 week when I called them they told me it will take another 3-4 days. They bothered me like this for 1 month. Then they stop picking up my phone. It took more than 1.5 months but they didn't add my husband's name and finally I had to close my account. It not even 11 months for my account.
I want to say only one thing if you want to open account in this branch(Patan) please don't go to these two guys (Jayesh Prajapati and Mrugank).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this branch. I went there to paid up my home loan. But are not able to provide me that service. Such a District place where loans are issued but they are not able process early paid up. Never expecting such a bad service from axis bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had so bad experience with Axis Patan branch. “KUNAL JANI” so rudely behaved. They do not have time to listen a costumer. And they are loosing loyal costumers. I am really frustrated and will never recommend Axis Bank Patan to any one in my Knowledge.
