★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bank and autocratic management! Still living in the 90s. They dont care at all regarding customers issues. And there is no alternative other than going in long queues in the branch once you are stuck with this bank.

vada hai (focus on customers problems & service who r visiting in branch ) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Axis as A Bank is good, they have some nice product and Banking is easy. This Branch is on Main Road, easy to reach and Locate, and you can get all the services one can expect from Financial Institutions here.
Staff at this particular branch need some training in dealing with customers, some time they seems themselves confused and also lacks basic rules of Communication.
