★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all while offering me the Loan they didnt disclose me neither the interest rate nor the mode of payment.Then had requested them to cancel the ECS as the only mode of repayment for the loan..I have requested the branch repeatedly again and again and again that I will deposit the payment directly to the loan account as you can make out I had been doing and that too on time but still you guys bounce it knowingly and put the charges since last 3 months I guess...No one in that Bank knows anything about a loan..Tarun who offered me loan has left..Shadab is in loans section but he has no idea about anything..This is bloody cheating and fraud..
Still I request you please cancel that and I will deposit the payement directly into the loan account.
