★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service poor, unnecessary harras customer. I visited on 25.09.20 to close my savings a/c and fill up account closure form and submited to Mr. Abhrajit. Again I visited on 06.10.20 to enquire for the same. Till on 10.10.20 nither any action has been taken nor received any information about a/c closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. Employees only say will help you and do as you ask, but they dont even look at it, after you leave the place.
They know how to fool customers by their oily tongue. They dont care about customers and only waste their time. Very unprofessional service. Consider not visiting the place if you want your work done fastly, and directly contact axis bank via support online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay closed on even saturdays(i.e., 2nd & 4th saturday closed) and sunday. Except this all other days are opened with regular timing of 9:30-15:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank very much you axis bank for blocking my fastag without prior information. It felt wonderful to pay twice the tolls while on a road trip due to a technical error at your end. I really loved interacting with many of your enthusiastic and helpful phone banking officers multiple times over a six hour window who said that issue will be resolved in 15 mins. One officer also suggested that I mail fastag management @axisbank.com for resolving the issue immediately, to which I got a reply instantly after two hours.
And the thousands of apologies and regrets I received for the inconvenience me really made my day.
