★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience nice, cooperative,well behaved,staff. Now a days one really don't have to visit Banks too often as most of the Banks are having net banking and phone banking facility, Axis is most ideal bank.

I took online appointment for Aadhar updation and followed Google map the location was totally wrong ended up in totally different area wasted one hour...they shud update there locaation on map....then after reaching the head office I was told the lady who does the Aadhar has gone out for some urgent work...which was a lie n I was made to come again in the afternoon half the day was wasted and I took their phone no. As the one on the internet is not even working! Tats pathetic! N they don't recieve their landline calls! Lazy as they are as well as liers! I went again and found they lied to me coz the printer was not working! Since morning! Where is the backup if headoffice is in such a poor state wat the other branches must b doing! They simply said sorry ma'am aaj aapka kaam nai hoga! There is only one printer in the headoffice! That's shameful!My whole day got wasted n they dint even direct me to any other center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't open account in this hidden charges are more one of my account is not operate for one year and then I was visited bank told them I want to start that account they told there no charges was applied but as I deposited money they debited money and not returned it I lossed 7000/- so don't open account in this bank
