★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. Turner road branch. They dont value your time. Phone bankers ask to visit the branch for turning a regular account to salary account and branch asked me to go to another branch where the salary account team is. I told him I'll be late for work then
he says you can go to any branch even on Saturday. If I could go to any branch then why not Turner road branch. Regret banking with axis. I have always experienced this that one of the female staff doesnt know anything she would always ask others what to do next, earlier I thought maybe new but I visited the branch after a year same thing then again today same thing.

I am trying to connect axis bank from long time -since 1month (5times called bank & 2 times visited Bandra west –Turner road branch ),
I have requested for my new debit card ( earlier without my knowledge they send Rupee card , which is useless earlier I was using Visa card)
For new Debit card request sent through mobile banking app & also requested for internet banking from branch ( submitted relevant documents to branch )
Also visited the bank and requested again & again . but no use
Till now no response received from Axisbank and i need to do monthly payment by 29th Aug 2020 of this month (Credit card payment /etc)
My internet bank also asks for debit card input for reactivation. i am stuck & no help from Axis bank
I have been using axis bank from long time and now its worst ...very disappointed and seriously fed-up.
Now please don’t give excuses for COIV19 n all ..please
As per Bandra turner road branch –I will get everything by 15 Aug 2020 but till today nothing got / not a signal information.
