About Axis Bank

A central tenet in the Bank’s Policy on Corporate Governance is commitment to ethics, integrity, accountability and transparency. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in these aspects on an on-going basis and to provide safeguards to various stakeholders (including shareholders, depositors and employees) the Bank has formulated a ‘Whistleblower Policy’. The Policy provides stakeholders with the opportunity to address serious concerns arising from irregularities, malpractices and other misdemeanours, if any, committed by the Bank’s personnel by approaching a Committee of senior officials of the Bank, set-up for the purpose (known as the Whistleblower Committee). Concerns relating to senior management can be reported directly to the Audit Committee of the Board. The Policy is intended to encourage stakeholders to report suspected or actual occurrence of illegal, unethical or inappropriate actions, behaviour or practices by staff without fear of retribution. To ensure smooth flow and management of complaints under Whistleblower policy, a web-based application – www.cwiportal.com has also been set up which provides an option for anonymous reporting thereby enabling the stakeholders to lodge their complaints online over a secure platform without fear of revelation of identity. The Policy contains provisions protecting Whistleblowers from any unfair action prejudicial to their interest. The Audit Committee of the Board reviews, on a quarterly basis, a synopsis of the complaints received and the resolution thereof.

Closed on sundays, busy on other days. Lazing in the first half, Break in the second half. And the best part: everytime you call them, they say you have insufficient balance. Even if it's full, it's insufficient for them. There is no way you can contact these morons. Pricey bank, I must say!

The service is very good and prompt but a certain front-desk manager did mislead me with information. He advised me beyond what is written in Axis Bank policies and regulations. Please read the Axis Bank regulations before listening to the managers sitting there for they often add a figment of their imagination often being ignorant of its emotional and legal consequences.

Hi I am mohit . Such a very bad service because they have to open my D mate account without my permission . I don't know how is it possible . I am trying to online close my d mate account but I can't . Customer care always giving me two contact number but when I am calling that number they have to ask me your mobile number is not registered . Soo how can I talk to customer care . They have to deduct my amount two time 729 and 159 rs . One more thing yesterday they have to also deduct my amount 615 and 110 rs . Tell me where I am going to resolve my problem . Customer care is not available they can't connect my call to customer care . I think I just need to close my account from your branch immediately.

Totally fraud bank. They had offered me a Tata AIG health insurance. Money got deducted next day but even after 1.2 months they are not able to get me the policy or money back. Totally fraud bank. No one cares about the customer's issues. Totally regrets.
