RETURN REVIEW
Instead of talking regarding solving the problem..got a call from mr Sandeep from bagmugaliya branch stating that it’s only been 8days since you have requested for branch delivery(however yesterday the customer care executive said till date no request from the branch has been raised)..and he is arguing with me why did you post in public..very unprofessional attitude by this person..really disappointed to be a customer of your bank since 4years..I thought we customers deserve better treatment than this?
